20 - Burpee Lateral Hops 

01 - Bear Complex (deadlift/power clean/front squat/push press/back squat/push press)

* Recommended Sandbag Weights: 75/50#

** Weight vest/First Responder full kits encouraged

*** NO SCORE - Just do it and carry the weight of those who were lost that day.
