8 Shoulder to Shoulder
- 20 yard bear crawl bag drag
10 Ground to Over Shoulder
- 20 yard bear crawl bag drag
12 Overhead Squats
- 20 yard bear crawl bag drag
14 Half Moon Slams
- 20 yard bear crawl bag drag
***Sprint back burden carry
Recommended Weights: Rx 75#/50# | Scaled 50#/30#

What is REDWOD?

Remember Everyone Deployed (RED) Workout of the Day (WOD) - A workout that we will post and do every Friday here at Brute Force and encourage you to do the same.

Why?

Because we have friends that we have built very strong relationships with that are continually deployed and they are always on our mind while they are gone. We're not going to get all deep on you...but feel it is sufficient to say that we sweat and bleed with these troops while they are here at home, and feel it is necessary to continue to do so while they are gone.
