Round 1: 10 min to complete:
800 meter burden run 
Then...
3 Rounds:
10 Sandbag hang power cleans
10 Sandbag lateral lunge
* Rest the remaining amount of time

Round 2: 5 min to complete
400 meter burden run
Then...
2 Rounds
10 Sandbag hang power cleans
10 Sandbag romainian deadlifts
* Rest remaining amount of time

Round 3: 3 min to complete
200 meter burden run
Then...
1 round
10 Sandbag hang power clean
10 Sandbag push press

SCORE = Remaining amount of time from all 3 rounds added together.

Recommended Sandbag Weights: 75/50# | 50/30#

What is REDWOD?

Remember Everyone Deployed (RED) Workout of the Day (WOD) - A workout that we will post and do every Friday here at Brute Force and encourage you to do the same.

Why?

Because we have friends that we have built very strong relationships with that are continually deployed and they are always on our mind while they are gone. We're not going to get all deep on you...but feel it is sufficient to say that we sweat and bleed with these troops while they are here at home, and feel it is necessary to continue to do so while they are gone.
