"RUCK IT" - The May #sandWOD

The Brute Force Featured Workout for May is called "RUCK IT" - Summer is finally here, and with it comes countless opportunities to get moving in the great outdoors. While you may not want to give up your gym workouts entirely, you might want to consider squeezing in some outdoor options, breath in some fresh air and soak up some vitamin D.

So here we go...

"RUCK IT"

To Start:
2 Mile Ruck with a Partner, Trade the bag every 1/4 mile. 

Finish with a partner chipper workout:
5 movements, 50 reps each, Switch every 5 reps
- Sandbag over the shoulder
- Alternating sandbag swings
- Burpee over sandbag
- Sandbag squat cleans
- Shoulder to shoulder thrusters 
 
* 80/60 Rx 60/40 scaled athlete bags.
* Score is total time to complete the work.
