Brute Force Shield Warranty

Every piece of Brute Force gear is proudly handmade in Denver, Colorado. We stand behind our gear 100% so you can feel confident that no matter what you throw at it, we will have your back if there is an issue.

The Brute Force Shield Warranty is a 3 year limited warranty. We fully expect our gear to last a lifetime if properly cared for but often our customers train very hard and drag the bags across concrete or asphalt which causes extreme wear and tear. If there is ever a problem with your gear under normal wear in the first 3 years of ownership, we will repair or replace it. Period.

In order to submit a warranty claim please follow the link below and you will be asked to complete the warranty submission form, wash your item and return it to the address on the form. Please allow 72 hours from the time your item is received by the Brute Force Team to receive notice on whether your item will be repaired or replaced.

Repairs can take up to two weeks and will require the item being washed prior to returning it. For the sake of our sewers, please wash your gear before you send it in. Unwashed gear will be returned to you.

Brute Force cannot guarantee replacement of the same color of your sandbag based on stock and current inventory. If replacement is necessary, our team will let you know and provide options available.

Department & Group Purchase Warranty

Due to excessive use outside the normal parameters, Government, Department and Group purchases are not covered but the Brute Force Shield Warranty above and handled directly with you Brute Force Team. Please send your request to support@bruteforcetraining.com and a team member will be in contact with you.
