The Nomad, as the name implies, is our all in one pack. Made in the USA, with 1680 Military Grade Cordura, it can be a ruck, workout tool, travel backpack or messenger bag.
Equipped with a detachable hip belt, and removable hip pouches, that can be used as a fanny pack/cross body bag. This pack comes with an adjustable chest strap (located in the top zipper inside the pack).
The shoulder straps and hip straps are designed to be tucked into the back pad so you can use the Ruck as a strength training tool without getting smacked in the face with straps... You're welcome :-).
Tested up to 80lbs using our 5lb adaptive fillers, the Nomad has 2 pockets for weight, and one pocket for your computer. The top pocket holds 20lbs of our 5lb adaptive fillers keeping the weight high. To add additional weight, simply use the secondary pocket. This ruck is also designed to hold all standard ruck plates.
The Nomad fits our Scout Sandbag perfectly inside, so you could use that as your weight if you like. You can also use an Athlete Sandbag secondary filler as weight as well. Note: this pack ships empty. To add weight, check out our 5lb adaptive fillers.
